REFUND POLICY AND DELIVERY POLICY

The wingscostume online store accepts return of wings and refunds money under the following conditions:

  1. The wings are created only after your purchase individually for you, we accept the cancellation of the purchase only until your parcel is sent. If the parcel is sent, it will be impossible to cancel the purchase.
  2. If the wings did not fit you, you can return them back and request a refund. A refund will be made only after the wings return to us, as we need to make sure that you have sent exactly what you bought from us. Also, all the costs of returning the parcel are paid by the buyer.
  3. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value added tax, custom duties and excise duties. If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order.
  4. The carrier indicates the approximate delivery date, sometimes there may be delays in delivery for various reasons, it does not depend on us. Please take this into account when placing an order.
